Colorado Child Care Resources
A report called "Colorado Early Childhood System Planning: A Functional Analysis of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies and Early Childhood Councils" outlines steps toward a more effective early learning system supporting Colorado's families and children. The report grew out of a fruitful collaboration between Colorado's child care agencies and Early Childhood Council representatives, who jointly defined roles and functions within the early learning domain.
